Apple iPhone accessories include stereo headphones, headphones with built-in microphone, Bluetooth headset looks like a black stick. The price wasn’t announced at Macworld. I’d imagine that the iPhone Bluetooth headset and headphones will be available at the launch of iPhone in June (or sooner).

The iPhone Bluetooth headset only has one button, located at the top.

The microphone is in the circled area of the image.
