USA Today has published results of interrogation of first buyers of Apple iPhone. 200 persons have been interrogated, 90% of them assert that they are very happy with their iPhone, and 85% of them are ready to recommend to its friends and acquaintances.
Greg Joswiak, president of Apple on marketing of iPod and
iPhone, agrees, that positive advertising is extremely important for any product. Amazing Advertising has played role at start of iPod player. “With iPhone reaction is even better”.
Nevertheless, owners of Apple iPhone speak and about lacks of gadget. The battery capacity, speed of connection to Internet and volume of internal memory are the main problematic questions to iphone from users.
iPhone has allowed Apple to involve new clients. From results of interrogation follows, that 3 from 10 buyers of a novelty buy production Apple for the first time. For 40% of users iPhone is their first iPod.
