Independent software for iPhone grows very rapidly - it seems, that recently main achievement in this area was a classical line “Hello World” on iPhone’s display, but today enthusiasts report about successful start of InfoNES - one of the emulators of 8-bit games of Nintendo Entertaining System - most popular cross-platform. However, first version has lots of bugs, sound is completely absent, speed of rendering is very slow, and functionality of management raises serious doubts - “lovely, but shitty”. For game’s start is required the corresponding ROM-file (developer has seven such ROM-files, that has transformed classical hits like Super Mario Bros and Zelda on iPhone into amazing reality) . 1The iPhone has revolutionized the way people are playing mobile video games. In the coming years, use of the PSP and Nintendo DS will fall dramatically when the quality and selection of games available for cell phones, like the iPhone, increases. I probably will wait for Super Mario 3 to come out for the iPhone because that is the best game out of the Super Mario series.
