Piper Jaffray analytic Gene Munster in his recent report has informed, that American AT&T pays Apple $18 per month for each subscriber who purchase iPhone with AT contract. Now i shall make some very simple calculations, we know the number of sold Apple’s devices - 1,150,000 and we know the sum which AT&T pays Apple every month - $18, so we got:
1,150,000 x $18 = $20,700,000 - this is how much Apple gets Every Month from AT&T.

Taking into account, that AT&T contract with iPhone’s buyer is 24 months long, we can get calculate how much Apple will get for every sold Apple iPhone for two years:
$18 x 24 months = $432
These are latent payments of American Economy. When Apple has decided to reduce of iPhone’s price for $200 in September, Jobs already has calculated everything in his head (minus $200 for every sold iPhone, but plus $432 for every iPhone with AT&T contract, we get $232 - clear profit). Steve Jobs is amazing businessman, no doubt…We should learn from him.
