Since this week you could purchase Apple iPhone only through a credit card and no more than two devices in one hands, informs news agency “Associated Press″.

Apple’s representative on public relations Natalie Kerris informs, that Apple has started these restrictions only with one purpose “Apple iPhone should purchase as much as possible potential buyers and it should be in Apple Store, every time and everywhere″. And why payment will not be accepted by cash? To prevent “non authorized dealers” to sale of Apple’s device. The true reason of course - is to decrease somehow an inexhaustible iPhone’s stream on eBay.

So, in the war for device Cupertino engages the heavy artillery but is this step worth it? Well i think, that the company will lose some part of potential buyers, no doubt. But how this will help Apple to protect iPhone from “non authorized dealers″? Well, i don’t know. People i know, who are engaged in iPhone’s delivery in very different countries, use exactly the same scheme with different credit cards.

Also it is not clear, how Apple’s restriction will looks for the Law side. In Russia for refusal to accept for payment cash money it is possible to lose the license easily…
