Representatives of European carrier of cellular communication “Vodafone” on Monday have receipt the order of court obliging other carrier - T-Mobile - to sell Apple iPhones without any contracts and binding.
This decision was born in the Hamburg court which demands from Deutsche Telekom, parental company of T-Mobile, within two weeks to give an official answer. T-Mobile has confirmed a reception of the corresponding letter, however they won’t commented it yet.

The most sad for T-Mobile, that within these two weeks it is forbidden to sell “problematic” Apple’s devices. And it means, that Apple iPhones, which are on sale only few days, are removed from T-Mobile shops.
Position of Vodafone reminds a classical situation - “neither for me, nor for everyone”. The head of German division of carrier Friedrich Joussen has declared, that the company did not try to curtail sales of Apple’s devices. They only wanted, that German buyers could get Apple iPhone without registration of a long-term contract with any carrier.
The idea, of course, noble, but I won’t believe in so noble Vodafone plans.
So if you are in Germany and won’t buy Apple iPhone yet, hurry up you have several hours left.
