Yesterday Erica Sadun from TUAW has released through Installer.app updated utility called SendSong, but she has overlooked to include Set Ringtone feature. But this bug has been corrected in today’s release. All features of this amazing application could be found on the following screenshot.

The most important feature of SendSong - any mp3 track from iPhone’s media-library could be used as a Ringtone. Besides it, Share Song option allows to send music to another Apple iPhone (through SendFile option) or to your Mac (through FileCatcher).

SendSong utility is only 20 kB. Launch GPRS if Wi-Fi is not present nearby.
