If you wish to find out, what music track is now playing on radio, just launch on your Apple iPhone new application from Erika Sadun (woman-goddess from TUAW), it is called Listen.app, you can find it in Installer.app, after that just hold your iPhone to dynamics of your iPhone. This amazing utility will record a 5-second sample of radio broadcast and will sent it on a server where algorithms will try to decipher a vocal and a rhythm of this music track.

Do not try to record silence: Listen.app patiently awaits for some sound. My testing has shown, that recognition works perfectly with English music tracks.

Update: If Listen.app utility crashes with the message «Finished recording. Contacting server» — it means that this music track wasn’t identified. Press Home button and try another music track.
