According to analytics from Market Research, till the end of 2008 Apple will miss about 1 million unlocked iPhones, this is $1,3 billion unrealized profits for Apple company. It is not difficult to guess, these are percents, which mobile communication carriers pay Steve Jobs for each new iPhone user. But if will consider that “bad unlockers” could receive much more that 1 million Apple gadgets (this is 10 % from total amount of sold iPhones), we can speak about really huge figures of unmade Apple profit. I think Steve Jobs should hurry up with the release of iPhone SDK.
