I present you Cydia - one of first Installer’s alternative.

It is 100% compatible and does not clash with Installer.app, it has a built in search in apps, it can put on a pause iPhone app uploading, i.e. supports after uploading.

You can install Cydia through Installer, just add this repository http://apptapp.saurik.com/&nbsp&nbsp and then install Cydia from section “System” (the size is 11.1Mb).

P.S. Meanwhile, is not possible to add sources in repository, otherwise, than by editing sources list (in /ect/apt/sources.list) or by adding a file with registered source (in /ect/apt/sources.list.d), but the author of Cydia promises to add this feature in the next versions.
