CubeWorld - a new virtual panoramic utility for iPhone/iPod. Amazing panoramic 3D-image surrounding the spectator by sphere in 360 degrees is created on the screen. Looking through a virtual 3D-panorama, user receives bigger volume of the visual information, than in a usual photo.

One more thing, a panorama is not displayed entirely. Simultaneously on the screen there is only some part, which angular sizes as a rule correspond to a normal corner of sight of an usual eye. The panoramic image is looked through by smooth moving by a finger on the screen in any chosen direction. Such interactivity of virtual 3D-panoramas creates the presence effect.

The program uses OpenGL technology and supports iPhone’s accelerometer, that allows to rotate the spherical image by moving iPhone top-downwards.
