It seems, that Vodafone has managed to reach the agreement with Apple on connection of the iPhone to their base, informs Business Standart. But it will happen not in England ,where O2 rules, but in multibillion India. The first iPhone should arrive in stores in September, 2008.

According to research company - Gartner, by 2009 the quantity of the Indian mobile market will reach 139 million connected cell phones and will overtake the Chinese market… Not bad, not bad.
