Apple has dispatched new email letter in which has asked developers to be in time to upload their software in App Store before the judgment day on July, 7th.

After deadline all apps will be accepted too, but developers cannot test them before so-called 3G Launch Day - on July, 11th. This day 3G iPhone will start to find new owners.
