It should happens. Tris, a free clone of so popular Tetris, leaves AppStore already tomorrow. Founders of legendary tetris have submitted the claim about infringement of copyrights. Student Noah Witherspoon, developer of Tris, does not hope, that sometime his game will return in AppStore, after all a simple programmer not in forces to struggle against a huge concern.
