On August, 28th this year, i.e. the day before yesterday, American patent bureau has published the patent with number 20080204426.

This&nbsp 52 page opus contains a description of new  computer with the touch display supporting multitouch technology.

As you understand, the patent is registered on one “fruit” company from California. Of course from the patent to realisation still there can pass a heap of time, but we shall wait, no doubt.
